The expertise and experience of Livar are based on strong tradition and exceptional foundry skills, resulting in high levels of operation flexibility and comprehensive services. The employees at Livar regularly attend internal and external training seminars, while the company also encourages their innovation, creativity and responsibility with various team approaches.

Livar is implementing joint development projects with clients and suppliers - with clients, in the field of prototype production, and with suppliers in the field of testing and special material development. 

The connection of Livar with knowledge institutions in the field of natural science and technology is very important. The company cooperates with two faculties of the University of Ljubljana – the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering (Department of Materials and Metallurgy) and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering – as well as with the Institute of Metals and Technology from Ljubljana.
