Mechanical Processing
At Livar, castings are mechanically processed using the modern CNC technology to such a stage that they are ready for immediate assembly. In the mechanical processing department, we perform turning, milling, drilling, slotting and balancing. We also have our own tool-making shop for the production of clamping and control devices and special-purpose cutting tools.
Mechanical processing represents an important competitive advantage of our foundry, since it allows the development of the complete product from idea to final workpiece. In this manner, we achieve better work-process optimisation, a higher level of flexibility and quality, and consequentially lower costs for the client.
